Description

Excogito is a technical event that puts your creativity to test. As a team the participants are required to come up with innovative ideas for a sustainable living. A particular region/area is chosen and the participants should transform the area into a more eco-friendly zone.

Instructions

  • Three members in a team.
  • The members can present their ideas in powerpoint presentation, models, sketches and diagrams that have been prepared beforehand.
  • Each team will be assessed based on Innovation, Creativity, Eco-friendliness and Economical feasibility.
  • The team should be able to present their idea within 7-10 minutes followed by Q n A session .

RC CHAMPIONSHIP


Description

Radio controlled (or R/C) cars are battery/gas-powered model cars that can be controlled from a distance using a specialized transmitter or remote. The term "R/C" has been used to mean both "remote controlled" and "radio controlled", where "remote controlled" includes vehicles that are connected to their controller by a wire, but common use of "R/C" today usually refers to vehicles controlled by a radio-frequency link. Take part in the stimulating event between a set of R/C cars and be the champion of this race.

A composite material is a fusion of different materials whose property is varies from those initial materials. This workshop is focused on enlightening the students on the knowledge of polymer composites and their applications. Description

Description

Are you a super coder? Code rush is a programming competition to test your accuracy, speed and efficiency in coding.

Round 1 - The participants are given a set of code questions; the output for those has to be determined.

Round 2 - The participants will be given the name of the program and will be provided with code strips of various programs. They should arrange the strips of code in the proper order to match the given program and show the output for the input test values of that program.

Description

Rules

Level 1 - [Food for Thought]

  • 1 member per team is chosen to answer 15 questions related to food and health with a minute.
  • The teams move on to the next level if they get 8 answers right.

Level 2 - [Tonguestify]

  • 2 members from a team of 3 participants.
  • Both members are made to stand back-to-back (one member is blindfolded while the other member who isn't will have a pen and paper) ready to list out the ingredients of the mystery dish given to the blindfolded person. (The dish is 100% Veg and Nuts have not been included)
  • This task should be completed within 2 minutes and the dish can be tasted by the blindfolded member only 3 times. The team will qualify for level 3 if they get at least 4 key ingredients right.

Level 3 - [5 ingredient COOK OFF]

  • All 3 members of the team should participate.
  • Choose only 5 ingredients from the choices available and come up with a innovative and healthy dish in 30 minutes.
  • All 5 chosen ingredients should be used in the dish.
  • If an ingredient/s is to be exchanged for another it should done in the first 10 minutes only.
  • Bowls, knives, boards, cups, plates and spoons will be provided.

Description

Round 1 - A set of 25 to 30 images will be shown to the participants and will be given 1 minute to memorize them. The names of these images must then be written down within 1 minute.
